MADE-TO-ORDER
Every piece is handcrafted to order. We do not hold stock, allowing us to create each piece with exceptional care and attention to detail while reducing unnecessary waste. As each item is individually made, slight variations in finish, texture, and natural gemstones may occur. These characteristics make every piece unique and are not considered defects.
PRODUCTION TIME
Production begins once your order has been confirmed and payment has been received.Please allow 4–6 weeks for your piece to be handcrafted, depending on the design and customization requested. Estimated production times are provided for guidance and may vary during busy periods.If you require your order by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order. While we will always do our best to accommodate requests, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
CUSTOMS ORDERS
Our pieces can be personalized, including sizing, engraving, metal choice, or gemstone selection.Customized orders are created specifically for you and therefore cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.We reserve the right to decline custom requests that fall outside our production capabilities.
PRICING
All prices are listed in the applicable store currency and are subject to change without notice.Custom requests, alternative gemstones, or precious metals may result in adjusted pricing.
SHIPPING
Once your order has been completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information.Delivery times vary depending on the destination and courier service. Shipping estimates do not include production time.Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their country.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Because every piece is handmade to order and often customized, all sales are final.We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personalized pieces.If your jewellery arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
WARRANTY
We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship.Our jewellery is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal wear. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear and tear, scratches, lost stones caused by impact, or repairs carried out by third parties.
JEWELLERY CARE
Fine jewellery is delicate and should be treated with care.We recommend removing your jewellery before exercising, swimming, showering, sleeping, or using household chemicals. Store each piece separately in its pouch or jewellery box to avoid scratches.
